1. Executive Summary

CortexAlpha AI provides virtual compute node packages that let members participate in a modeled AI compute economy. Your account combines node activity, projected compute rewards, wallet records, network partnership tools, and a clear activity ledger in one dashboard.

This document is written for users. It explains what each feature means, what you can expect to see in your account, and what can affect reward availability or withdrawal processing.

Important: compute rewards are projected and configurable. They are not guaranteed profit, fixed income, regulated investment yield, or risk-free return.

2. The AI Compute Problem

Artificial intelligence systems require compute at multiple stages: model training, inference, fine-tuning, rendering, data preparation, vector indexing, simulations, and agentic automation. As more businesses deploy AI systems, demand for scalable compute infrastructure increases across cloud providers, GPU clusters, private data centers, distributed compute networks, and specialized workload-routing systems.

Training

Model Development

Large datasets, repeated epochs, checkpointing, and high-memory accelerator resources create heavy compute requirements.

Inference

Live AI Use

Every generated answer, image, embedding, or AI-agent action requires processing capacity and response-time management.

Data

Workload Preparation

Data cleaning, embedding generation, document parsing, and analytics pipelines are infrastructure-heavy tasks.

CortexAlpha AI uses this market context as the foundation for its platform story: users activate virtual node packages that represent configured participation in the platform’s compute reward model.

3. CortexAlpha AI Solution

The CortexAlpha AI platform organizes the user experience around virtual compute nodes. Each node package has a price, configured daily compute reward rate, base income cap, activation status, and reward-cycle eligibility. Once activated, a node enters hourly processing cycles. Credits are calculated according to the package price, the active rate at the hour being processed, and platform rules.

Package availability, configured rates, caps, partnership percentages, and processing conditions can change. Always review the current information shown in your account before acting.

4. How Participation Works

Your journey through CortexAlpha AI is designed around six simple steps. You can review package information before choosing a node, and your dashboard records each important account and wallet event.

1. Create accountRegister with your email, verify it, and open your personal dashboard.
2. Add fundsCreate a USDT BEP-20 deposit request and follow the exact amount and network instructions.
3. Activate nodeChoose an available package and activate it from your account balance.
4. Track activityReview node status, reward cycles, wallet history, and network progress.

What you will see in your account

  • Dashboard: balance, active nodes, reward history, cycle timing, and account notifications.
  • Node page: package price, configured daily rate, hourly estimate, cap progress, and node status.
  • Wallet: deposit requests, available balance, withdrawal requests, holds, refunds, and transaction records.
  • Network: referral link, qualified direct affiliates, unlocked levels, team business, and partnership credits.
  • Support: account help, payment questions, and platform notices.

5. Virtual Compute Node Economy

Node packages are the platform’s compute participation options. The current lineup includes fourteen packages from $10 to $10,000. Prices, availability, configured rates, expiry settings, and caps shown on the live platform take precedence over examples in this document. A package with no expiry has no duration date; it remains subject to its income-cap and platform rules.

Enterprise Node$5,0002%HourlyNo expiry2x
Titan Node$7,5002%HourlyNo expiry2x
Apex Node$10,0002%HourlyNo expiry2x

Rates are configurable by admin and may change for future hourly periods. Historical credited periods retain the rate that was effective for that period.

6. Hourly Compute Reward Engine

The configured daily reward rate is divided into hourly periods. For example, a 2% daily configuration is processed as 24 hourly credit intervals. The engine prevents duplicate rewards by recording each node-hour once and uses micro-USDT accounting to handle fractional values over time.

Reward formula

Hourly reward = Node principal × configured daily rate ÷ 24, adjusted through integer micro-USDT accounting and active cap rules.

Rewards are credited to the user ledger and consume the node’s income cap. When the node reaches its cap, the node is completed and its activation principal is returned once to the wallet ledger.

  • Credits are recorded for eligible completed hourly periods.
  • Processing interruptions can delay when an eligible credit appears in your account.
  • Each node has processed-hour tracking and duplicate prevention.
  • Compute rewards and eligible affiliate commissions both count toward node cap.

7. 15-Level Affiliate Commission System

CortexAlpha AI includes a 15-level affiliate commission feature. A member unlocks one generation for every two qualified direct affiliates. A qualified direct affiliate must be active, email verified, and have at least one node purchase. Commission is subject to the configured rate, qualification status, node-cap capacity, and platform rules.

LevelDefault CommissionUnlock Requirement
110%2 qualified directs
25%4 qualified directs
33%6 qualified directs
41%8 qualified directs
51%10 qualified directs
6-15Admin-configurable12 to 30 qualified directs

The current seeded schedule is 10%, 5%, 3%, 1%, and 1% for levels 1 through 5. Levels 6 through 15 are controlled from the admin panel and may be disabled or assigned different rates. Commissions can be credited on eligible node activations and eligible hourly compute rewards; they are not calculated from deposits alone. These commissions also count toward the sponsor’s active node income cap.

8. Income Cap and Milestone Expansion

Each node has a base cap multiplier, currently 2x by default. The cap defines the maximum combined compute and affiliate earnings that can be credited through the active node before the node is completed. When the cap is reached, the activation principal is returned once.

Base

2x Cap

Default active-node cap before milestone expansion.

Milestone 1

Milestone 2

4x Cap

Level 10 unlocked plus $25,000 team business volume.

Milestone 3

5x Cap

Level 15 unlocked plus $100,000 team business volume.

Team business is calculated from node principal volume across the user’s qualified network depth. Cap bonuses are dynamic and can increase the effective cap of active nodes when the user meets both the level and business-volume criteria.

9. Leadership Salary Feature

The salary system rewards users who combine deeper affiliate unlocking with meaningful team business volume. Salary is processed once per UTC month and pays only the highest qualified active salary rank for that month, when the feature is enabled and its requirements are met.

RankRequirementMonthly Salary
Builder SalaryLevel 5 unlocked + $5,000 team business$50
Leader SalaryLevel 10 unlocked + $25,000 team business$250
Executive SalaryLevel 15 unlocked + $100,000 team business$500

Salary credits are ledger entries and are included in the platform’s profit-wallet tracking for automatic profit withdrawal eligibility.

10. Daily Direct-Business Bonus

When enabled, the direct-business bonus engine checks the node activation volume of a user’s verified, active direct referrals. The highest qualifying tier can credit once per UTC day. This is a separate income-share wallet credit and is not the same as hourly node compute rewards.

TierDirect Business VolumeConfigured Daily Credit
1$1,000$1 per day
2$10,000$10 per day
3$50,000$50 per day
4$100,000$100 per day

Thresholds and credit amounts are configurable by the administrator. A daily credit is subject to the engine being enabled, account eligibility, duplicate-date protection, and platform conditions.

11. Distributed Operating Footprint

CortexAlpha AI presents its operating model as a digitally coordinated network with service, support, infrastructure and partnership activity that may span multiple jurisdictions. The platform references regions including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Russia, China, India, Australia and other markets.

Global access

Multi-region participation

Users may access the platform from supported regions, subject to local eligibility and applicable rules.

Digital operations

Distributed coordination

Account services, workload records, support processes and network activity are coordinated digitally.

Transparency

Verify before relying

Regional references do not by themselves prove a physical office, local registration, enterprise contract or guaranteed service availability.

Users should confirm the platform’s current legal, operational and service availability in their own jurisdiction before participating. Operating regions, infrastructure arrangements and supported countries may change.

12. BEP-20 Deposit and Withdrawal System

The platform uses USDT on BNB Smart Chain for deposit and withdrawal workflows. Deposit requests generate exact amounts so the system can identify the intended transfer. A confirmed transfer is credited after the platform’s verification process; users can submit a transaction hash if automatic detection is delayed.

Deposit flow

  1. User creates a deposit request.
  2. System generates an exact USDT BEP-20 amount and receiving wallet.
  3. User sends the exact amount on BNB Smart Chain.
  4. Automatic scanner or manual hash submission verifies token, amount, recipient, confirmations, and request window.
  5. Ledger credits the user balance after successful verification.

Withdrawal flow

Withdrawal requests reserve the gross requested amount immediately from the selected reward wallet. One pending or processing request is allowed per account. Compute-reward and income-share requests are limited to $1 per request under the current rules; affiliate, salary, and node-return wallets can follow their own configured eligibility. The network fee is deducted from the reserved amount before the transfer amount is calculated.

Payouts are reviewed and completed through the platform’s supported wallet process after the receiving address, amount, network, and transaction details are checked. Save only a wallet that supports USDT on BNB Smart Chain. Automatic request scanning, when enabled, creates a pending request at the configured threshold; it does not itself send crypto or bypass payout review.

13. Separate Wallet Accounting

CortexAlpha AI separates deposit funds from platform-credit categories so members can identify the source of each balance. The general balance is deposit-only and is used for eligible node activation. Reward and participation credits are tracked in their own wallets.

15. Risk Notice and User Responsibility

Participation in CortexAlpha AI involves risk. Users should understand all platform terms, reward assumptions, wallet requirements, and operational limitations before activating nodes or sending funds.

  1. No guaranteed returns. Projected compute rewards, simulator outputs, node examples, and promotional materials are estimates only.
  2. Operational dependency. Rewards may depend on platform activity, configuration, liquidity, technical systems, and administrative settings.
  3. Crypto transaction risk. BEP-20 transfers can be delayed, irreversible, sent to the wrong address, or affected by network fees and wallet mistakes.
  4. Liquidity risk. Withdrawal availability and timing may depend on operational reserves, payment processing, review procedures, and platform conditions.
  5. Regulatory and jurisdiction risk. Users are responsible for understanding whether participation is permitted where they live.
  6. No financial advice. Platform content is technical, promotional, and informational. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Users should participate responsibly, use only amounts they can afford to lose, and never treat projected rewards as guaranteed income.

16. Conclusion

CortexAlpha AI brings virtual compute nodes, hourly reward-cycle records, BEP-20 wallet activity, partnership tools, cap milestones, salary ranks, and a transparent risk framework into one member experience.

The platform’s long-term credibility depends on clear communication: separating active functionality from planned infrastructure, describing rewards as projected, documenting risks, maintaining operational discipline, and avoiding claims of guaranteed profit or risk-free income.
